The first 50 accounts to start a paid subscription — whether by converting a trial or by signing up directly — become Founding Members. Your tier's monthly price and its included minute allowance are fixed from that moment, for as long as your subscription remains continuously active.

How does the free trial work?
You can try every feature of your chosen plan free for 14 days. We ask for a payment method up front, but you pay nothing during the trial. After that the subscription continues automatically unless you cancel — which you can do at any time, monthly.
Can I switch plans partway through?
Yes, you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens if I exceed my minute limit?
You'll get a notification when you reach 80% of your limit. Extra minutes are billed at your plan's rate (€0.15–€0.20 per minute).
Which phone numbers are supported?
We support Dutch phone numbers (+31). For international numbers, get in touch for a bespoke Scale solution.
Is there a contract or notice period?
No, all plans can be cancelled monthly and there is no setup fee. With annual subscriptions you get a 15% discount.
What about GDPR and privacy?
We are fully GDPR-compliant. All data is stored in the EU (the Netherlands). Call recordings are encrypted and automatically deleted in line with your retention settings.
What's the difference between the Reviews and Website add-ons?
Google Reviews Optimiser automates collecting customer reviews. AI Website Builder creates a professional, SEO-optimised website for your business. Together they boost your visibility and trust.
Is the Website Builder a one-off or a monthly payment?
You can choose: €149/month all-inclusive, or €999 one-off + €49/month for hosting. With annual Scale subscriptions, the website is often included free.
