This cookie policy explains which cookies BelBuddy (Crafty Cast) uses on our website. We keep it deliberately simple: functional, strictly necessary cookies that are always on, plus privacy-friendly analytics that run only after you give consent. We never set advertising cookies.

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device when you visit a website. They are used to make a website work properly and to remember your preferences.

3. Analytics cookies (consent-based)
Only after you click "Accept" in our cookie banner, we enable privacy-friendly product analytics and telemetry (PostHog) on our marketing website, hosted on EU servers (EU Cloud). These help us understand which pages and steps work and where visitors drop off. This includes an anonymised session recording (session replay) in which all entered fields — such as name, telephone number, email and messages — are automatically masked and therefore never captured; only the layout and use of the page are recorded. We capture no personal data in our analytics events and we do not use the data for advertising or cross-site tracking. If you decline, none of these cookies are set, no session is recorded and no analytics events are sent.

If you are signed in to your customer dashboard, we additionally collect limited, anonymised product statistics on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) AVG/GDPR). On the dashboard we record no session, use no automatic click capture and set no cookie for this; these events contain only technical identifiers and counts, never names, telephone numbers, conversations or messages.
4. Managing or withdrawing consent
You can change your mind at any time. Use the control below to withdraw your analytics consent — we then stop measuring immediately and clear the analytics cookies. You can also manage or delete cookies through your browser settings; disabling necessary cookies may limit how the website works.
